Career Pivot, In Search of Meaning

Thanks for stopping by! I'm glad you're here.

Headshot of blog host.

Building on an extensive HR career climbing the corporate ladder in large, global Fortune 500 organizations, I have decided to go back to grad school to pursue a MSW and become a therapist. I am also taking classes to explore my own neurodivergence and become a certified ADHD coach.

This site will eventually be the home for my coaching and therapy offerings but will serve primarily as a personal blog while I work through this transition. I have had a lot of time on my hands the past couple of years, which means a lot of time to reflect and seek clarity.

I can regularly be heard saying how much I love to write and then my internal ADHD monologue always tells me that I'm not ready to write until "it's perfect." This blog is my attempt to overcome this narrative and share some of my reflections on life, leadership, and what it's like to be back on campus undertaking a major career pivot at 40.
